Kiat - Kiat untuk mengungkapkan isi dari uneg² tanpa harus melukai orang lain

Yeahh..

Mungkin, ada yg asing dengan istilah ni, tapi da jga yang nggak..

Ahh, langsung ja dah.!!

Cara yang paling bagus buad ngungkapin perasaan 'painfull' dihati bisa dilakukan sbb:

1. Maen Alat Musik Sampai Puas 

     Mungkin, dengan metode ini, bisa sekaligus untuk melatih 'skill' kita dalam bermain musik. Yang direkomendasikan pada saat melakkuan ini ialah :

  1.1. Pakailah musik - musik yang berirama cepat/rock

  1.2. Bagi pemegang gitar/bass, diusahakan pakai 'pick'

  1.3. Bagi pemain piano, disarankan agar 'tidak berlebihan'

  1.4. Hentikan tindakan ini jika anda sudah merasa lelah, dan segeralah ambil air minum 

         (usahakan yang tidak terlalu dingin)

2. Bertingkahlaku yang sifatnya "Berseni"/"Membakar Kalori"

    Bila anda tidak suka cara nomer 1 diatas, dikarenakan anda suka Karate atau sjenisnya, dengan latihan yang cukup keras dan tidak memaksa mungkin bisa jadi alternatif yang sangat effisien. Efek sampingnya, anda mungkin akan lebih kurus/lebih bertenaga

3. Berteriak didalam Bantal

    Cara ini mungkin sudah biasa dilakukan, tetapi, kebanyakan dari mereka salah penggunaannya. Jika anda ingin melakukan hal ini, usahakan mulut anda ditutupi dengan bantal, disamping tidak mengganggu orang lain, orang lain juga tidak akan tahu apa yang anda rasakan sekarang (bagi orang - orang yang misterius sperti saya)

Tetapi, dari hal - hal tersebut diatas, yang terpenting ialah JANGAN LUPA MASUKKAN BENAK MASALAH DI HATI ANDA KEDALAM KEGIATAN YANG AKAN DILAKUKAN.

Insya Allah, cara ini dapat berguna dan efisien..

Baiklah, sekiranya itu dari saya, jika ada kurang lebihnya, penulis mohon maaf yang sebesar - besarnya.
